Essential Exercise

I use the dōTERRA Yoga oils and a few others to support my yoga practice. It's so simple and completely delightful. Here is my routine:

1. I put Arise in the diffuser. Or sometimes I just put Peppermint and Wild Orange in the palms of my hands, rub them together a breath it in at any point of my practice. It helps clear breathing passages and invigorates.

2. I anoint my head and heart with either Frankincense, Balance, Align or any oil I am drawn to. The anointing is a spiritual practice that opens my mind and heart to greater truths.

3. I apply Deep Blue EO to my knees, hips and bottoms of my feet or any joint or muscle that will benefit by keeping them limber and comfortable during the practice. Experiment and discover your own best practice!
